Returns and Refunds Policy
We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to return your Ocean Bottle, but we’re happy to assist with an exchange or refund, provided the item is unused and not engraved. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility as we do not offer free returns.

Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email within 5 working days regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Reach out to your bank, as some institutions take longer to process refunds.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or unused and still in their original packaging.
- If you need an exchange, email us at oceanbottle@oxigen.co and we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Shipping
To return your item, email us at oceanbottle@oxigen.co and we will send you a DPD returns link to facilitate the process.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. These costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
